How to reset automatic pet feeder? ›

On the front of the Smart Pet Feeder, you will find the 'feed' button. Press the 'feed' button for 5 seconds. When you hear a beep after about 5 seconds, this indicates that the reset has been performed successfully and the Smart Pet Feeder has been reset to factory settings.

Reset the feeder to factory settings, holding down the Add Pet ( ) button for 10 seconds (until the light starts alternating red / green and the lid opens and closes).

To Set Time: 1. After powering feeder, the LCD will show a blinking 12 for time format setup. Use UP or DOWN buttons to scroll to select 12 hour or 24 hour time format. Press RIGHT button to set time.

Hold the Test Light Contacts to the Contact Points (3B). Take the Receiver Collar to the Boundary Zone with the logo side facing away from the Transmitter and Contact Points facing upwards (3C). Hold the Receiver Collar at your pet's neck level (3D) until the Receiver Collar beeps and the Test Light flashes.

Battery flashes orange in use: Battery is too hot.

The light on your router may flash orange if it's currently running an update. Wait a few moments to see if the problem goes away by itself. If the light flashes for more than 15 minutes and power cycling the router doesn't help, there's usually a problem with your internet service.
